    • Written cancellation and refund requests received at ULI at least 30 days prior to the event will be awarded a full refund minus a €50 processing fee 
    • No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received from 14 April 2025 
    • Registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation who is eligible to attend. If necessary, fee adjustments will be made based on ULI membership status.

    Keynote Speaker

    Manuel Muñiz

    Chair of the Board of Trustees of IE New York College, IE University- School of Architecture and Design

    Manuel Muñiz is the Provost and a Professor of Practice of International Relations at IE University in Madrid. As Provost he is a key contributor to the strategic development this higher education institution with over 10.000 students, an extensive faculty and an alumni body of over 70.000. He is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees of IE New York College, a higher education institution located in Manhattan. Dr. Muñiz served as Dean of IE’s School of Politics, Economics and Global Affairs (SPEGA) from 2017 to 2024. From June of 2023 to January of 2025 Dr. Muñiz was also the President of the Association of Professional Schools of International Affairs (APSIA), the preeminent organization bringing together the world’s top schools of global affairs and public policy. Since 2023 he has been a Senior Nonresident Fellow at Brookings’ Foreign Policy Program. From 2020 to 2021 Dr. Muñiz was State Secretary at the Spanish Foreign Ministry. In this capacity he led the Strategy and Foresight unit at the Ministry as well as the Economic Diplomacy team, and the Communications department, including the Office for Diplomatic Information. During this time, he coordinated the crafting of Spain’s 2021-2024 Foreign Action Strategy, and led the work on the National Strategy on Technology and Global Order, a document aimed at launching Spain’s Technology Diplomacy. While in office he also coordinated Spain’s OECD Ministerial Presidency of 2020 and was a member of the Prime Minister’s Covid19 task force.

    Nick Melgaard

    Chief Operating Officer, NREP

    Nick Melgaard is the Chief Operating Officer at Nrep, where he has been instrumental in various real estate disciplines since 2017. Prior to his current role, Nick held positions such as Investment Manager and played a crucial role in developing the platforms UMEUS and Noli Studios. Before Nrep, Nick worked with Danish house builder HusCompagniet, focusing on business development, strategy, and exploring new markets. His diverse experience also includes three years at McKinsey & Co. where he gained experience within strategy, due diligence and business operations. In addition, Nick has worked with M&A at Deloitte and holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus University, Denmark. Nick is also a member of the board at the Green Building Council Denmark, showcasing our commitment to sustainability within the real estate industry.

    Jenny Tuleby

    Head of Transactions and Investment Operations, CBRE Nordic

    Jenny Tuleby is a seasoned investment and capital markets professional with extensive experience in real estate transactions and asset management across the Nordic region and Europe. As Head of Transactions and Investment Operations, Nordics at CBRE Investment Management, she oversees all aspects of investment strategy, including acquisitions, disposals, asset management, and financing. She manages an AUM base of over €1.2 billion and has successfully led deals worth more than €460 million since joining. Prior to CBRE IM, Jenny spent over eight years at JLL International Capital Markets, EMEA, where she played a pivotal role in developing the firm’s Nordic business. As Senior Director, Nordic Sponsor, she specialized in deal sourcing, financial modeling, and strategic advisory, working with institutions, REITs, and private investors. She has led high-profile transactions across multiple asset classes, including a €900m European retail portfolio and a €280m urban mixed-use asset in Sweden. Jenny began her career at JLL Sweden, advising on €1.3 billion in real estate transactions. With a track record of leadership, strategic insight, and deep market expertise, she is recognized for her ability to drive growth and create value in complex investment landscapes.

    CEO, BLOXHUB

    Torben Klitgaard is a driving force behind the BLOXHUB activities, facilitations and programmes, which are designed to unlock and develop the full potential of BLOXHUB members’s growth through partnerships on both a national and international scale. Torben Klitgaard has degrees in M.Sc in Economics, a M.Sc in Information Management and a MBA in construction and is a Wharton Fellow in strategic leadership. As an experienced executive, Torben has a substantial track record of working in the fields of government, management consulting, architecture, entrepreneurship and tech.

    Lucas Mignot

    Head of International Investments, CDC Investissement Immobilier

    Lucas Mignot is the Head of International Investments at CDC Investissement Immobilier, the real estate arm of French Caisse des Depots (CDC) he joined in 2011. He has been instrumental in various real estate investment and development activities for CDC in France before developing, since 2019, the international activity in Europe, overseeing cross-border transaction to build up the CDC real estate international portfolio for which his team is responsible.

    Kamilla Sevel

    Thought leader – Editor-in-chief- Founder, Estate Media

    Kamilla Sevel is considered one of the most powerful opinion makers in the Danish market. She has been in the property industry for more than 30 years both as an analyst and a commentator and contributes with weekly comments in estatemedia.dk, is responsible for Estate Magazine as well as a contributor with comments in Denmarks largest business newspaper, Børsen. Kamilla Sevel has an extensive insight into the residential, retail, office, logistics and hotelmarket, and has been moderating more than 500 conferences on these topics. She is deeply engaged in the development of urban life in Denmark as well as the development of the housing market, and she is a member of several networks in the sector. She has a deep knowledge of the construction and property market in Denmark and the rest of the Nordics, and is among other things author of the report ”The Copenhagen property market”. Kamilla Sevel began her career as an analyst in European Construction Research, and since 2002 she has been the Editor-in-Chief for various property magazines in Denmark. In 2008 she founded Denmarks’ leading property media company, Estate Media. Today, she is Editor-in-Chief and Thought Leader in Estate Media, which is Denmarks leading knowledge platform for the construction and property market. Kamilla Sevel has a degree from The Danish School of Media and Journalism

    Carl-Johan Collet

    Operating Real Estate Council, ULI Europe

    Carl-Johan started his career working for Citi, Catella and BlackRock. From 2011 to 2015, he was responsible for building a new town in Zambia which today houses 20,000 people. He developed and asset managed a hotel chain in Africa from 2015. Since 2020 he has been back in his home market in the Nordics. There, he has for a listed investor acquired the largest supermarket platform in the Danish market and built a pan-Nordic logistics platform for a large institution. Carl-Johan left his current employer at the end of December 2023 and is on gardening leave. He is an advisor to several market-leading platforms in the hospitality, data centre and senior housing space and works closely with several investors, both institutional and opportunistic, in targeting operator-driven real estate. His interest include writing books, long distance running, skiing and providing taxi service for his children on the weekends and evenings. He is also a fireman in the local community.

    Attorney, DLA Piper Denmark

    Linnea is an attorney at DLA Piper. With a background in Denmark's largest property management company and subsequently one of the country's largest law firms I have extensive experience with commercial real estate, including commercial and residential law. I have achieved strong competences in the areas of legal assistance, advice in relation to real estate transactions and completion of due diligence process’ as part of a wide range of transactions with both Danish and foreign investors regarding large and complex real estate portfolios.

    Neal Hollingsworth

    Senior Investment Strategist, Urban Partners

    Neal Hollingsworth is a manager at Urban Partners’ real estate private equity vertical Nrep based in Copenhagen, where he leads the team supporting the Investment Committee with top-down investment strategy and investment process design. Prior to his current role, Mr. Hollingsworth has held various transaction roles within Nrep, which he joined while completing an M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting at Copenhagen Business School graduating in 2018. Mr. Hollingsworth has also completed real estate certificates at both Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mr. Hollingsworth is the Young Leaders Chair in ULI Denmark, where he has been active since the Young Leaders group was established in 2021.
