    Jens Kramer Mikkelsen, Director of Urban Development at NREP & former mayor of Copenhagen will tell us about Copenhagen’s city development based on his time in the city council, City & Port and now NREP. Kramer Mikkelsen has played a central role in Copenhagen’s development the last 30 years including in developing the “Copenhagen Model” for city development, where sales and developments of publicly owned land plots are being used to finance strategic infrastructure projects.

    We will begin with an introduction at NREP, whereafter we will go on a canal tour with Jens Kramer Mikkelsen as our guide.

    Københavns Byudvikling: Kanalrundfart med Jens Kramer Mikkelsen

    Jens Kramer Mikkelsen vil fortælle om Københavns byudvikling med baggrund i sin tid i borgerrepræsentationen, By & Havn og nu NREP. Kramer Mikkelsen har spillet en central rolle i Københavns byudvikling de sidste 30 år blandt andet med Københavnermodellen for byudvikling, hvor salg og udvikling af offentligt ejede arealer bliver brugt til at finansiere strategiske infrastrukturprojekter.

    Vi starter med en introduktion hos NREP, hvorefter vi begiver os ud på en kanalrundfart med Jens Kramer Mikkelsen som guide.
