The sun was shining when ULI Denmark Young Leaders and NREP hosted professionals from across the #realestate industry to learn about Copenhagen’s city development from Jens Kramer Mikkelsen on a boat tour on  7^th September 2022.

Kramer Mikkelsen shared fascinating stories including Copenhagen’s history of land reclamation going back through the centuries and how city development is a product of its time such as the commercial area of Kalvebod Brygge, which might today have included housing, but at the time the area was not suitable for housing due to the coal fired H. C. Ørsted Power Station nearby.
