    ULI Denmark and its Young Leaders Executive Committee are pleased to invite its members to an exclusive lunch with Peter Ballon at the offices of Bloxhub on Friday, May 3rd from 12:00-14:00.

    Peter Ballon, the Global Head of Real Estate of the Canada Pension Plan since 2007, have worked in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia and brings a global and unique perspective of the real estate industry.

    This lunch will delve into Peter’s journey in the international real estate industry spanning decades, along with strategic endeavors concerning CPP's property portfolio. Topics will include considerations regarding the current high inflation environment and the impact on real estate and capital markets in general. Guests are welcome to lunch from 12:00.

    Note that the event is by invitation only to ensure an interactive morning with Peter, and that the event will be held in English.

    Til denne frokost vil vi dykke ned i Peters rejse i den internationale ejendomsbranche, der strækker sig over årtier, og hans strategiske bestræbelser vedrørende CPP's ejendomsportefølje. Emnerne vil omfatte overvejelser om det nuværende høje inflationsmiljø og indvirkningen på ejendomme og kapitalmarkeder generelt. Gæsterne er velkomne til frokost fra kl. 12.00.

    Peter Ballon

    Global Head of Real Estate, CPP Investments

    Peter is responsible for CPP Investments’ global real estate portfolio which is diversified across twenty global markets and currently exceeds C$50 Billion. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2007, Peter worked with several leading real estate companies, including Canderel, Brookfield and TrizecHahn. At various stages of his career, Peter has been based in Canada, the US, Europe and Asia. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and has been granted the ICD.D designation by the Institute of CorporatLOSe Directors. Peter is on the Board of ALLOS, a Brazilian public company, is a Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is past Global Chair of the Urban Land Institute.
