The ULI Denmark Young Leaders Executive Committee has been announced, with Nadim Stub named as chair of the executive committee.
“Where do I go for inspiration to develop skills, how can I create more value for clients and what will strengthen my career opportunities?”
Many starting their careers in the real estate industry have asked these questions. Now, young talent from across the industry have an exciting new opportunity to develop their professional skills and network with the launch of the ULI Denmark Young Leaders programme.
ULI’s Young Leaders programme is open to all real estate professionals under the age of 35 and provides professionals in the early stages of their career with a unique forum to network with their peers, gain exposure to senior industry professionals and continue their professional education and development.
The ULI Denmark Executive Council has appointed PropTech Denmark’s managing director, Nadim Stub, as chair of the Young Leaders committee. Stub, at 35 years old, has been named by Danish Newspaper Berlingske Tidende as one of the 100 biggest business talents in Denmark.
Jesper Bo Hansen, managing director at Catella Corporate Finance, and chair of ULI Denmark said: “The goal is to reach talent from all corners of the industry, i.e., investors, development and construction companies, architects, engineers, lawyers, accountants, banks, etc., as well as the public sector, to build a diverse network of knowledge.
The ULI Denmark Young Leaders Executive Committee is made up of a group of very talented young individuals who all enjoy recognition in their respective fields. We live in an increasingly international world with an increasing focus on sustainability, innovation, and digitalisation. The focus will be on developing young professionals’ knowledge within these fields, as well as areas such as the development of new housing concepts and smart, digital, and sustainable cities. The aim is to ensure that the next generation of leaders establishes a professional and international network that can draw on expertise globally while opening up the industry to new social and career development opportunities.
We must nurture young professionals working in the Danish real estate industry and give them the opportunity to participate and learn from the tremendous wealth of talent which makes up ULI’s international membership. In sharing knowledge, we inspire professional development – it is a very exciting new opportunity for ULI Denmark”.
Nadim Stub, chair of ULI Denmark Young Leaders and managing director and PropTech Denmark, said: “I am pleased with the support we have received so far from several leading companies across the industry, and I hope that many more companies will see ULI Denmark Young Leaders as an opportunity to support talent development. The executive committee, made up of rising stars within the industry, are already actively working to further the mission of ULI. I hope that we will soon be able to build momentum and welcome more and more young leaders in the near future”.
